In 1996 Don Fitzpatrick Associates set out to digitize its entire library of audition tapes, convinced that the future of on-air talent hiring would be done over the Internet. DFA was convinced that news directors and other hiring managers would jump at the chance to view tapes online, rather than fly out to San Francisco to sift through Don's tapes.

After literally thousands of hours of work, Don introduced his digital resume database, only to find that the technology of the day hadn't quite caught up to his vision.

Submission Process

3.	TVSpy will then encode and host your tape.
