About Don Fitzpatrick
Don Fitzpatrick has been in the television business for 30 years. He is the founder of TV Spy,
the leading "insider" Web site for broadcast professionals, as well as ShopTalk, the longest-running and
most widely read e-mail newsletter on the broadcast industry. Don Fitzpatrick has been scouting top talent
and following broadcast trends since 1973. His company, Don Fitzpatrick Associates, has screened and
reviewed tens of thousands of audition tapes and resumes from television news talent. He holds a B.A.
from Gonzaga University and a M.A., also from Gonzaga.
