Morning Meteorologist

Fox 25 in Oklahoma City has a fun and exciting opportunity for a Morning Meteorologist to join our growing morning show. We're searching for a candidate with personality, energy and the ability to interact with our news anchors. If you aren't quick-witted, can't ad-lib and don't want to be entertaining, this job isn't for you.
You must understand weather and its importance to the Oklahoma City DMA. We operate with Accuweather Gailileo, Baron FasTrak and NEXRAD and will be changing over to Weather Central this summer.
Our winning candidate must have a strong and energetic delivery, be willing to deliver extended periods of breaking weather news, work flexible hours and interact with the viewing public by speaking to schools and community groups. Organizational skills are particularly important as well as the ability to work well with others.
We are looking for a minimum of two years weather anchoring experience. An advanced seal such as AMS or NWS plus a college degree are preferred. News computer skills are also required.
